Melchizedek Will Further Jesus’ Spiritual Practice
My name is Mikeor and I am the Head of the Supreme Council of Twelve, which governs the Spirit Realm and oversees the spiritual development of Mankind. I am addressing A Course in Miracles students in this blog devoted to them and Jesus’ Spiritual Path and Practice because the Council of Twelve has removed Jesus as the Leader of the Atonement and as Spiritual Leader of Earth. This is no way devalues the his Book, A Course in Miracles and his subsequent work that he has done with students to awaken them, which includes Helmet Cohen, who is now past over, Molly Thompson and her seven students who worked with her in tandem with Jesus. The value of Jesus’ Spiritual Practice remains intact and this Practice has been chosen by the Supreme Council because of its proven effectiveness to be The Spiritual Practice to follow for all Mankind irrespective of their culture, religion or spiritual background. Buddha already is adapting what Jesus has accomplished in the work that he does with his monks. Overtime as they are awakened in the same way Helmut and Molly was, they too in turn would teach their students the same Spiritual Practice of awakening and this will eventually spread throughout the World. We are only in the very beginning of the Atonement of Mankind. As with any major change, there have been problems but every one is being met for the betterment of all and in alignment with God. In the future, Molly will be working with Melchizedek who has been a member of the Supreme Council of Twelve for eons and a personal friend of mine. The Council has appointed him to be the Spiritual Leader of Earth while he too joins Molly in the Leadership of the Atonement of Mankind. It is important for students of A Course in Miracles to understand that this Spiritual Path and Practice requires a spirit that can be a bridge between God and man and such ability is the result of a highly evolved and enlightened spirit. Without such a bridge, it would be impossible for guilt to be removed from students using Gods Light and it would be impossible for Mankind to subsequently experience a profound connection to God, which is amplified by the spirit who acts as a bridge. Such amplification is not necessary once a person passes over into the spirit realm but it is very necessary to awaken a person, to remove guilt and to steer a person ever closer to God when he or she lives in the denseness created by his materialized existence and the blanketing effect of the egos thoughts, which are entirely contrary to Gods. Thus, as Jesus acted in this role before, Melchizedek will do this now for students while working in tandem with Molly using Jesus’ proven Spiritual Practice, which is so effective. Up to now it would have taken a very rare person up to, if not more, than 1000 lifetimes to awaken and such an awakening would still be very tainted and encumbered by the egos guilt. Molly awakening took 25 years with a lapse of 5 years where Jesus did not work with her because she had to pay more attention to working out issues related to child rearing and a divorce. Thus, it is very accurate to say that she was awakened in twenty years. Helmet too was awaken before her in twenty years with Jesus but Molly progressed much further than he did because she had the advantage of all Jesus learned with him and the advantage of facing less guilt in the ego because of his work. Every student in this way helps every other student. Molly’s awakening as a result has been unprecedented in the History of Mankind. Despite the fact that Jesus in the end attempted to undo her awakening by pulling guilt through her, we have continued to take it off so that her awakening is moving again towards the Purity it originally had. Also, there is not nearly enough guilt to disrupt her work at all with students, which continues as successfully as it always has because she can remain throughout the day in Gods Mind.
There will be controversy around Jesus’ removal and if students remain in this controversy, they will lose time, which could have spent more productively on their spiritual development using Jesus’ Practice. It is far better for students who work with Molly and Melchizedek to move into the actual experience of this incredible Spiritual Practice because they will learn from their experience of it just how extraordinary it is as their life changes in wonderful ways. In this way, the Atonement will be achieved and it will not matter who or who not is bringing it about.
With Enduring Love,
Mikeor
Understanding The Defenses of The Ego
As students uncover the ego, they will uncover a series of defenses and beliefs that for the most part are similar for everyone. Each defense they uncover is a strategy of the ego’s to place responsibility and blame for separating from God onto someone else, something else, some place else, some other group, nationality or nation. The ego does this by suppressing its guilt, fear and responsibility from it perceived separation from God, which simultaneously brings about the projection of these feeling along with the responsibility for doing this elsewhere.
Another way to understand this is that ego attempts to find an alibi or cover-up for it’s guilt, fear and responsibility for separating from God by declaring that it could not have done this because it was no where near to where God was in the first place. What makes no sense about this argument is that the ego is declaring that it in fact separated from God by saying it is nowhere near to where that occurred. All this strategy accomplishes is to reinforce the ego’s guilt, fear and responsibility for the separation from God because the alibi or cover-up strengthens the ego’s belief in what it did along the resulting feelings this brought about. According to God’s Law of the Mind, the more a thought is used that thought will be increased or strengthened. As a result, every defense the ego uses compounds or strengthens the ego’s idea of being separate from God along with its guilt, fear and responsibility for having done this. The Truth is that the separation from God never occurred. The ego does not see that because the power of belief is such that the separation from God is perceived as being real and true.
The following are the most common defenses of the ego, which are listed in the order that they are commonly, but not always, uncovered. Also, it is usual for a student to switch back and forth between defenses that are related.
1. The Face of Innocence, which covers-up or defends against the following beliefs or beliefs that are similar. As one belief is uncovered another will be under it as the process of uncovering continues.
A-I am not so good
B- I am wrong
C- I am bad
D- I am a failure
E-I am a monster
F-I am evil
G- other: any belief about oneself that reflects a state of lack or incompleteness or being less than whole.
G- The deeper students goes into the beliefs that they have about themselves, they discover that what they believe relates to having separated from God. Therefore, beliefs like the following arise:
i-I failed God
ii-I abandoned God
iii-I lost God and Heaven
iv-I ignored God
v-I destroyed God and Heaven or I destroyed all that was Good
vi-I murdered God
vii-I murdered Christ
viii- or others like this that relate to any student’s interpretation of they believe that they did to God/Christ who are One to separate from them.
When students use this defense, The Face of Innocence, categorically they are assuming that they are right while everyone else is wrong or to blame. Typically when this defense is used the one who is right often thinks of themselves as a victim of some one who victimizes. When the reverse is true, the one who victimizes feels entitled to victimize because of all the harm that was done to them so that they do not feel they are wrong either.
Oftentimes, the underlying belief in lack is suppressed and projected onto another person, group, nationality or nation. As a result, people will attack, blame, judge, compete against, usurp or see others as less then or inferior to themselves.
Whether a person is a victim, or the one who victimizes when they suppress and then project what they lack, doing this only reinforces the belief that they have separated from God along with the resulting guilt and fear.
2. The Body, Earth and Universe, which covers-up or defends against The Fear of God
The ego’s guilt and fear of God is so strong that it needs to further distance itself from these feelings. This brought about the Big Bang where the contents of the ego’s mind was suppressed again and projected so that the ego sees itself in separated bodies in a separate World and Universe where there is a separate God that is far off in Heaven.
Again, this projection further reinforces and strengthens the belief that one has separated from God along with the guilt and fear.
3. The Fear of God, which covers-up or defends against The Fear of Self
The ego suppresses its guilt for having murdered or usurped God so that this content is projected. As a result the ego projects an imaginary god, which it fears will attack, usurp or murder the ego. This projection of a vengeful god is a mirror of what the ego believes that it did to God.
Also, this projection brings about more fear on top of the fear of oneself and more guilt because every projection reinforces or strengthens what the ego believes that it has done with its resulting feelings of fear and guilt.
4. The Fear of Self, which covers-up or defends against The Rejection of Christ
The dissociated Christ mind is afraid of itself for believing that it killed Christ and thus, it fears that it might kill the separated self that it created too. Also, the thought of having murdered God/Christ is so horrendous that the dissociated Christ mind is afraid of itself for believing that it has the capacity to murder God/Christ. Also, under the Fear of Self is an active wanting to kill or murder Christ again or ones true identity again and this is what generates all the fore-mentioned fears.
Once the dissociated Christ mind became guilty for what it had done, I call it the ego. The ego is aptly named because it reflects the primary importance of being special and different while that is built upon a foundation of guilt for usurping or murdering God-Christ.
The belief that it is possible for one (part of Christ’s mind) that is integral to an all-inclusive One (God) to kill itself to make two is what brought about the insane belief that the separation from God occurred. Though I have made a differentiation between Christ and God, this is only to show that God created Christ. This differentiation is not an indication that they are in anyway separate. The Truth is that God and Christ exist as One.
5. Rejection of Christ, which is a person’s true identity as spirit.
The rejection of Christ is suppressed and projected so that others are perceived as rejecting, not accepting or hating of oneself. A projection always mirrors what one believes about oneself.
Everyone’s true identity is Christ in God. A part of Christ’s mind dissociated from God’s Mind by rejecting Christ and God because it wanted to be special or different than God. This is the tiny mad idea that I referred to in A Course in Miracles. God cannot recognize this idea of specialness or being different so it was impossible to give his Son such a status. The only way his Son could achieve what it wanted was to literally go against who he is and God. This is perceived as an attack on Christ and God since they are One and this is tantamount to having murdered both and replaced them with a new separate identity that took over God’s Leadership, Authority and Dominion.
Wanting to overthrow God-Christ resulted in the belief of accomplishment because what the mind believes will be construed as having really occurred and this brought about a belief in sin with its guilt. Originally the rebellion against God-Christ only occurred for a very small part of Christ’s mind in God but this small dissociated faction was able to influence more and more of Christ’s mind to join it by holding out the promise of an individual identity that was better off because it was free of God. In God’s Reality, this promise is impossible to achieve. Nevertheless, this did not prevent the dissociated Christ mind from imaging that what he wanted was real. Thus, once a choice was made to believe that it had separated from God, the dissociated Christ mind also believed that it had sinned and thus became filled with guilt. Once this occurred, the only way to be free of having attacked itself and God along with the guilt for doing this was to suppress what it had done with its guilt so that this content in turn was projected so that it could be seen someplace else. Thus, others are perceived to be rejecting, not accepting or hating oneself. A projection always mirrors what one believes about oneself.
All the defenses that are discussed above are actively present in the unconscious of any person. The unconscious content is what has been suppressed and projected.
How The Atonement is Achieved
The Ato
nement, How It Is Achieved in Phase 2 Of Jesus’ Spiritual Practice Based on A Course in Miracles
The Atonement is the undoing of the ego and having reached a state of mind in the right mind that can be sustained where students know that they and everyone else are Innocent and Perfect as God created them.
My Spiritual Practice brings about the Atonement. This practice must be done with me where I guide a student or I assign a Master Guide that I have trained to a student. What makes the practice I have developed effective is that I teach students to uncover the ego whereupon they surrender the ego’s guilt to me and I take it on and get rid of it through out all of time for everyone. Then when a student transitions, using receptive listening to the right mind with me, I give them a Miracle. A Miracle is like a revelation, which enables the student to experience the contents of their right-mind. Usually I direct what experience I want a student to have so that their spiritual development is furthered in a way that is personally valuable and spiritually productive for that particular student. If students did not receive Miracles from their Guide or me, they would not be exposed to the right mind, which is what teaches them what is Real and True about them in God’s Mind.
The Miracles that I give students change each time that I give one because by doing this, the student is learning about the different aspects of the right mind that exists in God’s Mind. Only as I open the right mind more and more for students will students learn that they have a different identity of spirit, which is a member of Christ rather than the ego, and it will take students much more work to discipline themselves to stay in the right mind so that it becomes possible to eventually shift from an ego identity to Christ’s identity in God.
Also, the Miracles that I give to students activate the function of the Holy Spirit. This function allows the student to sort out from the perspective of the right mind what is ego, which is an illusion from what is their real mind or right mind that is 100% True or Real. The students’ awareness of the Holy Spirit grows over time as I expose them to more and more of the right mind so that with spiritual maturity, students depend upon the Holy Spirit to communicate with God while they are still embodied. There is a great misunderstanding among students that this function is available to them without it being exposed and activated by me. Without my input, the Holy Spirit has for most every student been entirely forgotten. Therefore without my intervention, if students call upon the Holy Spirit for help it is a waste of their time. Also, I never intended that beginning students use the Holy Spirit for their primary form of guidance since students are not awake enough to use the Holy Spirit in this way. Thus, for a very long time it will be necessary for students to depend on my guidance and help or on a Master Guide that I have assigned to them for guidance and help. From this guidance, overtime as students grow spiritually they will learn what the Holy Spirit is, how to use it and later how to depend upon it.
When students begin to work with a Master Guide that I have trained or me on the Process of Forgiveness, I will assign students a Help Guide too. This guide watches over their student when their Master Guide is not present so that their student is protected from spirits that want to target their student’s vulnerability, as he or she is uncovering guilt. When students can stay most all the time in the right mind where they are invulnerable they will not longer need a Helper Guide so that he or she will be withdrawn at that time.
Factors in Jesus’ Spiritual Practice that bring about the Atonement For a Student *
The Student’s Work
1) Practicing Receptive Listening Mediation at least three times per week for twenty minutes per session.
A. Receptive listening meditation practice brings about the ability to transition to the right mind at will, surrender guilt and hear Jesus in spirit or their Master Guide.
2) Asking Jesus’ or their Master Guide for help with the Process of Forgiveness, which they will do together.
A. Gradually uncovering the ego beliefs right down to its root or the foundation beliefs that sustain it.
B. Surrendering the ego’s guilt through reception listening to Jesus or the Master Guide and thereby join either of them in the right mind.
C. Sorting out the ego from the right mind from a right-minded perspective.
D. Reflecting, expanding and eventually embodying the Miracles that he or she has been given.
3) Practicing right-mindedness and forgiveness when a student falls out of the right mind.
4) Referring back to A Course in Miracles as it relates to what a student is learning from their experience with Jesus or their Master Guide.
5) Taking the initiative to develop spiritually.
* Students who cannot transition to the right mind yet can work with Molly and Jesus in tandem on all the above until they develop the ability to transition at will to the right mind or until they feel ready to work with Jesus alone or a Master Guide that he has trained.
Jesus’ or A Master Guides Role With A Student
1) Teaching a student how to forgive and what it means. This meaning changes and evolves over time as the student matures spiritually.
A. Taking on the students guilt and getting rid of it through out all of time for everyone.
B. Giving the Student different Miracles, which exposes them to the more and more to the right mind and to their real identity of Christ in God in the right mind.
C. Activating the Holy Spirit and teaching the student how to use this function to reject the ego and embrace the right mind.
2) Giving Students insights
A. To direct them along my spiritual path.
B. To show them what they believe when it is below their awareness.
C. To help them understand the concepts in A Course in Miracles and how those concepts relates to them.
D. To answer any questions a student may have.
The Helper Guides Role
1) Protects student from any malfeasance from other spirits who are working against the Atonement.
2) Helps Master Guide, if necessary, understand what is happening to a student when a Master Guide is not present.
3) Teaches the student about their spirit in relationship to other spirits so they can identify who they are as spirit.
4) Teaches the student God’s Law of the Mind using their relationship to teach the student that what is given, shared or extended is increased and strengthened for both the giver and receiver.
5) Answers any questions the student may have when the Master Guide is not present.
6) Helps the student relate to spirit rather than to the ego.
Relationships Which Undermine The Well Being of All Students
I want all students to understand what is happening when any person, other than a Master Guide that I have trained or I, teach, direct, counsel, coach, lead, moderate or write about A Course in Miracles. The only exception to this rule is when advanced student of mine, under my authority and in my presence takes part in these kinds of activities on A Course in Miracles with me. The only advanced student who is capable to doing this presently is Molly. Later on, I may ask other students to help me who are my advanced students too. Other than this particular arrangement, it is a very serious matter for anyone to teach, direct, counsel, coach, lead, moderate or write in relationship to A Course in Miracles so that coming to terms with what I am saying is very important not only for these peoples’ welfare but for the welfare of all students who are studying or trying to apply A Course in Miracles with them.
If someone engages in the any of activities fore-mentioned in relationship to A Course in Miracles, he or she reinforces the ego by assuming a position of leadership and authority. The ego falsely believes that it took God’s Leadership and Authority and replaced it with its own. This is how the separation occurred. This was and still is the basis for the ego’s specialness, arrogance and identity. Thus, any student who assumes a leadership position or position of authority on A Course in Miracles is being very destructive towards them self. Such a position reinforces their own belief in superiority while for their students’, their position reinforces students’ sense of lack and inferiority because if they knew more, they assume that they would be an authority on A Course in Miracles too. In this way, they take on a victim role while unknowingly the leaders of A Course in Miracles, who are coming from their ego, end up victimizing their students. Underlying the victim role is the belief that they have killed God to separate from Him, which increases their guilt and sense of responsibility, and underlying the leaders’ role, is the belief they have successfully replaced God, which increases their guilt and sense of responsibility too. As a result, both positions are equally destructive and can lead to very serious mental health consequences for both parties. Make no mistake what the intentions of the ego are. It believes that its existence rests on the death of God and it will take any opportunity that it can to prove it can successfully kill so that the ego works to bring about your suicide if it can or death through accidents, infirmities, disease or old age. Because students and teachers do not understand the strength of their attraction to death and their belief in death, they can do considerable harm to themselves and others. It is very important that students, counselors, coaches, teachers, authors, workshop leaders, forum moderators and anyone else who assumes a leadership, director’s or another role of authority in relationship to A Course in Miracles not perpetuate the ego in this manner because despite the fact that the ego is an illusion, those who believe wholeheartedly in this illusion experience immeasurable harm because the ego is reinforced and strengthened in the ways that I have just explained. Also, it will become all the harder for either the student or leader type to get free enough of these roles once these positions are reinforced enough so they would even consider working with me or with Molly and I in tandem.
From now on, if any student comes to my attention that is inflicting harm on others, I will bring it to their attention for correction if this is at all possible. Though I cannot stop people from using A Course in Miracles to further the ego, I can publish what is occurring for the education and protection of others.
Purpose & Spiritual Practice Of A Course in Miracles
There is much confusion around the purpose and practice of A Course in Miracles. The ultimate purpose is for me, Jesus, to bring about the Atonement of Mankind. The Atonement is reached by rejecting the ego based on being able to live from the right mind where a person’s identity is known as a spirit in Christ, which is One with God. Also, this brings about the experience and knowledge that the separation from God never occurred.
I never intended that either A Course in Miracles or my spiritual practice based on my Book would be taught by anyone other than myself and the Master Guides that I have trained. All spiritual development depends on experience both the experience of uncovering the ego and the experience of the right mind, which includes the function of the Holy Spirit, which I activate for a student. I designed a Spiritual Practice, part of which is the Process of Forgiveness, which works because it is done with a Master Guide that I have trained or done with me. If students insist on doing this practice alone they will defeat its purpose because once a student uncovers the ego’s guilt and gives it up to me using receptive listening as the mechanism of surrender, a Master Guide or I then give the student a Miracle. A Miracle is like a revelation that puts a student in touch with the right mind where they can experience their true nature, as it exists in God. Many students believe that they are receiving miracles when in fact their use of this term relates to having some unusual occurrence happen to them. These so-called miracles have nothing to do with A Course in Miracles and my teaching. Unless students work with me alone or work with me in tandem with Molly, they will not receive the kind of Miracles that will impact their spiritual development based on A Course in Miracles. It needs to be understood that the Title of my Book reflects the fact that I give students in the practice of A Course in Miracle an actual curriculum of Miracles, which progressively awaken a student to their real identity of Christ. Without this aspect of my work, students who claim they are students of A Course in Miracles are either preparing to work with me by studying the text, doing the Workbook Lessons and learning receptive listening or they simply are not doing A Course in Miracles as I intended it to be.
A very big part of the reason that students insist on learning A Course of Miracles without me is because of the ego. The ego wants to maintain it own autonomy, authority and leadership and it knows very well, that its control is threatened if a student decides to do A Course in Miracles the way I have prescribed. Many students simply do not want to give up the ego even though they may say that they do because in fact they will not follow my instructions that I gave for doing the Workbook Lessons or the instructions I have given in this blog about the Spiritual Practice of A Course in Miracles. Therefore, there is a counter community of students who are actually against A Course in Miracles despite claiming they are for it. This counter community is very large and is led by the many authors, forum leaders or moderators, workshops teachers who claim they understand or are an authority on A Course in Miracles. Their claim is based solely on the arrogance of the ego for none of these people have worked with me and gone through the actual spiritual practice of A Course in Miracles. Instead of actually helping students, which for the most part they want to do, they unknowingly are leading them astray because A Course in Miracle cannot be taught in the manner they are using.
I have spoken about the Authority Problem in the A Course in Miracles where I mentioned that it is the root of evil. The ego is based on the belief that it took over God’s Authority and became an authority that is separate from God. Therefore instead of being led and dependent upon God, the ego is self-sufficient and autonomous, and it prides itself on this basis. This is the ground upon which many people think they can teach and write about A Course in Miracles. The destruction and havoc this is creating is no different to what the Christianity has done to my teachings based on my work 2000 years ago. Nevertheless, my work still goes on today and the students that I am working with are reaping the enormous benefits from my Spiritual Practice. From the Miracles that I give them, their right mind is opening and they are beginning to see an entirely different world that filled with God’s Perfection, Innocence, Completeness, Joy, Peace, Love, Sacredness and the many other attributes that God has given his Son of which we all are. My advanced student, Molly, is able to live from this right-minded state, moment to moment, with an identity based on the spirit of Christ. All students’ are capable of doing this if they apply themselves with me or with a Master Guide that I assign to them to my Spiritual Practice, which will in turn be taught to them by me, or a Master Guide. Also, we will teach students from the experience of their Spiritual Practice with us what the concepts in A Course in Miracles actually mean. There is no other way to learn my Text so that all the time spent reading books about my Work or studying A Course in Miracles beyond just becoming familiar with its main concepts is a waste of time. I only want students to have a familiarity with what I wrote because later when they are engaged in spiritual experiences, which I give to them while they uncover the ego and examine what they are actually doing in their life, they can then refer back to my Text to expand upon their experience. This is the only way to learn A Course in Miracles. Again, I must emphasis that students cannot expect to grow spiritually if they are not working with me, with me and Molly in tandem in the very beginning or with a Master Guide that I have trained.
Molly’s Struggle With The Ego’s Resistance
Y’shua thought that it maybe helpful to students if I let you know how the ego has interfered with my undoing it because many can benefit by increasing their awareness around this issue.
Many students may have read about the ego’s resistance in A Course in Miracles but I will in my own words identity what the ego is to underscore how it functions and what motivates it as a backdrop to add depth and understanding to my struggle with the ego. The ego is a belief in autonomy, control, individualism, and separation. It believes that it usurped God’s Leadership, Authority, Power, Dominion and Creativity to take on its own along with a new self created individual identity. Furthermore, it believes that it stole God’s Life to forge out its new life, and thus for many people there is the belief that they killed God and their own identity as Christ in God. Because the ego’s life can only be because it is sustained by God’s Life, it is uncertain of its own identity. Therefore it constantly it will reinforce what it thinks it took from God and how it did that.
Since I had come to the end of searching for a better way to be happy or to develop, at least I knew that I did not know how to help myself any longer. That sense of not knowing was key because Y’shua would not have and could not have helped me without this attitude. Also, I was somewhat humbled because I knew that I could not to any depth fathom A Course in Miracles. In fact, I recognized that it was beyond my spiritual understanding and this further added to my sense of not knowing, which was good because again it made me more open to be guided by Y’shua. Nevertheless, when Y’shua began to teach me to forgive before he even started, first, he helped me to remember, once again that I had come to end of searching for a better way to be happy or develop so that I did not know what to do or how to help myself any longer. Therefore, I needed his help to solve my guilt. I am using the word guilt to not only encompass all my problems and every emotion and thought related to them. Guilt actually is far more than this because the ego’s guilt created the World and my body but in the beginning, my understanding of guilt just encompassed any negative feeling or related thought that I had, with which I was not comfortable. Also, Y’shua helped me to bring to mind that I had a choice between choosing the right mind or the ego. Which way I went was up to me so that I knew that I was not being coerced to do this work since the ego definitely does not like to be forced into doing anything and that was very true with me. Only until this much was brought to mind would Y’shua start to guide me because he knows just how formidable the ego’s resistance is. Thus, right away he helped me to lessen its resistance so that I would be more open and willing to be guided by him. I did feel the effect of being much more open from remembering these things and because our first session went incredibly well, I decided to bring these points to my mind every time I began to work with him on forgiveness. I hoped in this way that I would burn into my mind my own lack of knowing anything and my desire and need to be helped so that I would maintain my willingness and openness to be guided and taught by Y’shua.
Y’shua taught me the Process of Forgiveness that he wanted me to use and just a part of that was asking for his help every time I forgave, which is what I did. Y’shua not only needed to be present to teach me how to forgive but also so that he could give me a whole range of Miracles or other insights to heal whatever guilt that I brought up and released to him through receptive listening. Everything at this beginning stage seemed to be going very well. However, I then decided that I knew enough about A Course in Miracles so that I could teach it so I proceeded to do that. I thought that my teaching was successful because my student’s comments were excellent. I was completely unaware of my own arrogance or the ego’s arrogance over thinking that I knew enough about A Course in Miracles to teach it or that I had the ability equal with Y’shua’s. Then Y’shua, in effect, pulled me aside and said that by teaching A Course in Miracle I was only reinforcing and maintaining the ego when he was sure that I wanted to undo it. It wasn’t long before I learned several things. First, by putting myself out as an authority and leader on A Course in Miracles this was how I was reinforcing the ego. Second, I could not teach A Course in Miracles because only Y’shua can teaches it along with the Master Guides that he has trained all of whom guide and teach from spirit. Because of Y’shua’s and the Master Guides very high level of spiritual attainment, they are able to give students Miracles directly from God, awaken the Holy Spirit, progressively overtime open the right mind deeper and further while literally taking our guilt and getting rid of it through out all of time. Also, Y’shua and his Master Guides give us essential insights, which are used as directives and to significantly increase our understanding of A Course in Miracles when it pertains to our spiritual development and interests. Only in this way, is it possible for students to awaken and heal from the ego’s guilt in a very fast period of time. I was not taking into account any or all of this but the fact is that the ego thinks it knows a great deal and underneath it all, the ego had a strong stake in undermining Y’shua’s teachings while maintaining itself through its own leadership, authority, and teaching. Furthermore, the ego teaches not by spiritual experience, which is the only way to learn spiritually but by the intellect or thinking mind. Teaching in this manner effectively thwarts spiritual development. Fortunately, I stopped teaching because the last thing I wanted to do was to further the ego when I really wanted to undo it. Nevertheless this is good example of how the ego resists and thereby thwarts Y’shua and A Course in Miracles.
It took quite awhile to mature in the Process of Forgiveness as it normally does. I had worked my way through layers of defenses or projections and many false beliefs that I had about myself and I had even uncovered that I thought I murdered God and Christ. Furthermore, I had trained myself to live most all the time from the right mind so that I enjoyed as my regular state of mind many exalted states of God, which he has given us all like sacredness, blessedness, perfection, innocence, completeness, joy, immortality and timelessness. Moreover, my understanding of forgiveness had matured and evolved too. Then out of the blue one day to my surprise Y’shua asked me to follow everything that he said to do while he would also make all my decisions for me. We worked out that when I ate, went to bathroom, slept and got up would be left up to me but absolutely everything else I had to give up to Y’shua’s direction entirely. Once we began this new phase, the ego resisted by rebelling immediately and it took over for the most part. I would follow one direction and then fail to follow the next one. Once I was able to get through doing several things that I was told, I then used the excuse that Y’shua could not understand our business and I had to get certain things done so that I would then ignore him entirely to get these things done. Each time I failed to follow his directions, I realized how incredibly resistant the ego is and like falling down, I’d get up, compose myself to try again with the resolve that no matter how hard this got, I would learned to do what Y’shua said with consistency. At one point after successfully following what Y’shua said to do for an entire day, the next day, the ego totally panicked and like a horse just hit by lightening it seemed to be running away for its very life. As a result, I could not even hear what Y’shua was telling me to do nor could I control or temper the ego’s reaction of sheer terror. After this reaction died down and I managed to get through another day of being told what to do, I found that the ego’s resistance the next day would rear up again so that I would fail to listen again. While all this resistance was going on, to my shock some of the ego’s most basic beliefs and their feelings automatically surfaced in my awareness. I realized that I really did believe that I authored my own life. The full extent of my own grandiosity floored me. On top of that, I found that I vehemently hated God, which was part of my rejecting God and my identity of Christ in order to be separate, special or different. Moreover, I was never more aware that my identity as a body or as an individual is based on the belief of being a murderer of God and my identity of Christ, which means I believed that I destroyed all of Heaven or all of God’s Creation.
Before this Phase, I had experience periodic backlashes from the ego, which usually occurred right after I had made some significant spiritual practice. For example, once after I received a Miracle from Y’shua of exalted Freedom where I felt that I was dancing on the air in joy, I then proceeded to fall down the basement stairs as the ego counteracted to get back into control and dominance. There could not have been a better way than having a painful, twisted ankle that resulted from this fall to bring my attention back to the body and thus to my separate identity of the ego. Another time, I had a sudden outburst of rage, which is entirely unlike me. I stopped immediately and apologized for my behavior. These isolated incidents shocked me but in comparison the reactions that I experiencing from the ego now were consistently appalling, obnoxious, resistive and extremely arrogant since the ego’s contents were being flushed out by this practice every minute all day long because this practice is entirely opposed to the ego’s desire for autonomy, leadership, control and separation. Thus, the ego made absolutely no bones about being a murder of God and Christ while it put forth its own Supremacy and Creator-ship. I found it incredible that this is what I really believed underneath it all but I could no longer deny what the ego was all about. It fought long and hard against Y’shua’s leadership and authority to save my own prized identity and another part of this was that I became aware that I really loved and cherished this identity and as much as I said I wanted to give it up, the truth was I really did not want to give it up!
I spent 6 months following Y’shua everyday and another 6 months with another Master Guide doing the same thing since Y’shua also needed to work with another student that he was bringing along too. Later, I followed Y’shua again so this practice persisted for a very long time. It constitutes phase 3 of Y’shua’s Spiritual Path. I was able to do forgiveness work on my own by this time and I kept that going too. I had pretty much forgiven the people that were close to me and myself with all my reactions of guilt and Y’shua had literally removed allot of guilt for me. I still had much in the World to forgive including the World and Universe itself since all it never occurred or is an illusion too. When I started Phase 4, I was surprised that Y’shua pretty much left me on my own. After all the work I had done undoing the ego in Phase 3, what surprised me now was my awareness of the ego lurking in the background. I knew that if I gave it an inch, it would go for a mile. It was all the more important that I stay cemented in the right-mind and thereby keeping the ego out. The only problem I had was when I slept at night since sleep is a function of the ego. During that time, it was not unusual for the ego to come up and I learned to dismiss it quickly. Anyway, for the first time, I wished that Y’shua would just come back and tell me what to do. That would be a lot easier than having to be so much on guard. The last thing I wanted was to regress. Also, I knew now that since I was dreaming, I really did not know anything at all. It’s impossible to have any perspective dreaming so being literary in the dark, I had to make my own decisions with no way to tell whether or not they were good ones. All I could do was make decisions from the right mind without knowing how my decisions might affect others or the future. Nevertheless, Y’shua wanted me to be alone for a while so that I would learn to depend solely on God and God’s Will. The first thing I noticed was the ego came up again because I needed to let go of my focus on the right mind to deeply relax into God. I wasn’t so good at doing this yet so that I was now dealing with the ego’s resistance again. Y’shua said that once I became more deeply connected to God, the ego would stop because it can not compete with God and it knows that. As I practiced more being in touch with God and allowing His Love through me, His Will became stronger in me and as a result, I realized that I could only work for the Atonement of Mankind. As a result, I am now working with Y’shua in that endeavor and I am happy to have Y’shua direct me at least some of the time. He acts like a check for me to see if the ego will still resist and if so I can stop it right away. As long as the body persists there will be some ego.
There is no way I could have fathomed the full extent of the ego’s resistance and what it is all about before Phase 3. Up to this time, the ego is still suppressed to a great extent and thus, it only gets occasionally resistive and vicious when it is threatened in Phase 2 or when you learn the Process of Forgiveness and mature in this practice. Because the ego is so unknown in its real and entire character, I have made an effort to let students know about this so that they may understand why in most cases that they refuse to come forth and work directly with me and Y’shua together or to work with Y’shua alone after they are capable of switching to the right mind themselves. He can use me as a bridge to students to give them Miracles before they are able to switch to the right mind themselves so this is a fast way to get the right mind open. Until the right mind is really opened by Y’shua, students will not be able to effectively differentiate between the ego and the right mind to know that what your ego thinks is false or an illusion and what the right-mind thinks is 100% True or Real in contrast. A long sorting out process must go on, which is part of the Process of Forgiveness and this is just a part of Y’shua’s Spiritual Path. If students take Y’shua Spiritual Path and Practice seriously, they will eventually reject the ego and know that the separation from God never occurred, which is the Atonement.
How Jesus Relates To Students of A Course in Miracles
I am getting allot of people who are calling out to me but when I come to them they are doing nothing to help themselves. My role in the Atonement is help students undo the ego and return them to their right-mind. To work with me requires considerable preparation unless you want to work with Molly and I in tandem. But if a student does not chose this later option, then the student must be able to access the right-mind on their own. This requires considerable and regular practice of receptive listening and it is best to do this as a listening meditation, which is done daily for at least three times a week for twenty minutes each time. If you want to make faster progress, then doing this more is fine. It may take a student a year to two years of regular receptive listening practice before it is deep enough to bring about a switch to the right mind. If students are not working with Molly and I, then I suggest that students do not uncover the ego until they can switch to the right-mind otherwise it is quite likely that if students call upon me for help and they are unable to switch to the right-mind, I will be very limited to what I can do for them. I can give insights but I use them to help students refine their receptive listening practice and to understand the concepts in A Course in Miracles so these concepts are immediately helpful to a student.
Besides receptive listening, students need to carefully consider whether or not they have come to the end of searching for a better way to be happy or a better way to develop spiritually. As a result of coming to the end of searching, I look to make sure that students have an attitude where they know that they need help and they are willing to be guided by me because they do not know what to do for themselves any longer. Without this attitude, a student will resist any guidance I give so that my helping them is unproductive.
Also, to work with me students need to have read and have become familiar with the concepts of A Course in Miracles. I have highlighted what these concepts are in another post in this blog. It is not necessary to understand these concepts but I do want students to know what I have said about them. In addition, students need to be either working on the Workbook Lessons or have finished them, and lastly, I want students to make a firm commitment to A Course in Miracles as their Spiritual Path for the rest of their lives. As anyone can see from these requirements that it is not a simple matter to become my student. It takes serious dedication, consideration, work and practice.
Therefore as much as I would like to help students that do not meet these requirements I cannot because of the student’s own resistance and lack of being able to access the right-mind on their own. However, many students have available to them the option of working with Molly and I in tandem. This does not require the ability to switch to the right-mind. We do, however, want students to be practicing receptive listening themselves on a regular basis so that later on they will have the ability to work with me alone. Also, we find that students who are taking this route have an easier time with receptive listening and its advancement so that it is taking them in some cases a far shorter time to reach the ability to switch to the right-mind themselves. Despite working with us early on, it is still necessary to have fulfilled the other requirements that I have stated above or our work with students will be unproductive.
I look for students that meet the above requirements and oftentimes I will assign a Helper Guide to watch students who have taken the requirements to work with me seriously. In this way, the Helper Guide regularly informs me of a student’s progress and any problems they maybe having, which might be helped by giving them an insight. Thus, often I give these students spiritual insights to help them along.
Lastly, we are available to any student who needs help healing from a physical condition and these students are not required to have met any of the conditions that I have stated above. They need only want to get well.
Understanding The Spiritual Practice of A Course in Miracles
Many times I have said in this blog that my Spiritual Practice based on A Course in Miracles is dependent upon the student working with me or a Master Guide that I have trained. There are many reasons for this, which I will try to explain.
First and foremost, my Spiritual Path is dependent upon students receiving Miracles and I or a Master Guide that I have trained are the only ones who can give those Miracles, which are based on A Course in Miracles. These Miracles serve to heal guilt, awaken the Holy Spirit and open the right-mind. Each of these factors in turn serves to foster a student’s spiritual development. Guilt is the one reason for mankind’s problems and misery. Healing of guilt with Miracles is not only necessary for this reason but more importantly guilt must be healed to great extent before a person can embrace and know their identity of spirit in Christ. There is no guilt in the natural God given state of Christ, and any spirit who is guilt ridden will be attracted to return to a bodily identity in an attempt to work out and end their guilt. This brings about a cycle of lives, which has gone on for millions of years, which mankind for the most part cannot break out of except in very rare cases. My Spiritual Path makes it possible for a student to break out of this cycle of lives in as little as twenty-five years. Traditional spiritual paths take upwards of a thousand years to end this cycle of birth and death.
The second very important result of the Miracles that I give students is that my opening students’ right-mind awakens the Holy Spirit. This function is greatly misunderstood by Course in Miracles students since many students call upon the Holy Spirit to help them before such a function is active in them. Furthermore, the Holy Spirit is not a function that is outside of a student’s own mind. Many students mistakenly think that it is. Thus, a great deal of wasted effort is being extended in this way today. The Holy Spirit is a property of the Right-mind. It is the recollection of one’s true state of being in Christ and that recollection must be activated to an extent before it is useful. Once the Holy Spirit is activated then it steers a students towards the complete unfolding of their true identity of Christ in God. Also, the Holy Spirit recognizes what is false or an illusion from what is True or Real. This ability allows a student to learn to recognize overtime what is the ego compared to what is the right-mind so that students will come to eventually reject the ego. Hence, the awakening of this function is essential to a student’s spiritual development because without this they cannot make any significant spiritual progress.
The another feature that the Miracle brings about is an opening of the right-mind. Each Miracle that I give to a student teaches them who and what they really are as a spirit of Christ in God. Thus, right-minded knowledge becomes the basis for switching from an ego-based identity, which is focused on the body in this World to a spirit based identity, which is focused on Christ in God. Without the progressive learning of what a student’s true identity is, it is impossible to grow spiritually. Also, once a student becomes aware of right-mindedness, the Holy Spirit will lead them to practice this state so that they learn to live from this mind instead of the ego.
Also, there is a mistaken idea among students that they can give each other Miracles when this requires my or a Master Guide’s involvement. Furthermore, students are confused as to what a Miracle is until they have experienced several of them. Therefore many students believe they are already receiving Miracles when I or a Master Guide that I have trained has not worked with them. By the time that I give a student a Miracle they will usually be aware that I am guiding them in some way already and this awareness will be the result of their dedication to my Spiritual Path based on A Course in Miracles, having ended the search for a better way to be happy or develop spiritually while at the same time realizing that they do not know how to help themselves so that they recognized that they need my help to spiritually development. Without that recognition which comes with a ‘don’t know’ attitude, students will not let me guide them. Furthermore, I will not ordinary give students Miracles until they have shown me that they have the discipline to practice spiritually. Spiritual practice takes considerable effort and willingness to uncover the ego, and the desire above any other interest to develop spiritually.
Once a student has worked with me upwards of twenty-five years where they can live from the right-mind and their identity for the most part is one of spirit, then I can use them as a conduit to bring Miracles to others. So far I have only one student who can do this, which is Molly because I am very early on in making my Spiritual Practice available to students of A Course in Miracles.
Moreover, I or a Master Guide that I have trained watch very closely the psychological state of each student so that we best know how to guide him or her, and this is a very important part of my Spiritual Path and why it works so well. Early-on we typically give students insights, which both act as directives to steer students into productive spiritual work but also these insights serve to further students spiritual understanding of the concepts that I have written about in A Course in Miracles. Both Miracles and insights, which foster a students spiritual growth overtime, teach students’ A Course in Miracles. There is no other way to learn my Book and that learning does not come out of the intellect or thinking mind, which is the domain of the ego. Instead that learning comes from experience, which is both psychological and spiritual. Rational thinking can serve to broaden experience but this is a very different way of using thinking than the ego’s way of using thinking.
In addition, I have mapped out very specific steps that all students need to go through to spiritually development. There maybe slight individual variations within these steps on how they are approached and learned but the steps overall will not differ from student to student. Every Master Guide who I have carefully chosen for their Wisdom and sensitivity is trained in these steps and how to bring about each one. Furthermore, I use different Master Guides to give students specific Miracles because a particular Master Guide will best suited to give some Miracles rather than others. Also, I use Helper Guides. Students’ that are worked with have a Helper Guide who watches them when their Master Guide is not present. The purpose of this is to protect students while they are still vulnerable from spirits who may try to take advantage of their vulnerability or try to reinforce students’ ego.
Lastly, another important feature of my Spiritual Path is that a Master Guide or I teach a student the Process of Forgiveness and what Forgiveness means. The only exception to this occurs when I use Molly early on in a student’s development to jump-start the opening of students right-mind where she will at the same time teach them how I want them to forgive. This teaching then became the basis from which the student will know how to begin to work with me or a Master Guide that I have trained.
It should become clear from the nature of this post that no student can teach a Course in Miracles or foster the spiritual development of a student unless that student is an advanced one that I have worked with for a very long time and is working with me in tandem. Furthermore, students will not gain anything at all that is spiritually valuable from participating in workshops, forums, Internet gatherings, Study Groups that are not using my Guidelines for them or by reading any book based on A Course in Miracles other than my own or where I have authored one with Molly. All such practices will only mislead students and usually reinforce their ego so that it will become even harder to ever work with A Master Guide or me. Therefore for students who are serious about their spiritual development, they must end any such involvements and instead follow the guidelines in this blog about how to prepare to work with me. They can either work with Molly and I in tandem to open their right-mind early on while they begin to uncover the ego and learn the Process of Forgiveness or they can practice receptive listening exclusively until they can switch to the right-mind on their own. Once this occurs, I or a Master Guide can then give them Miracles and either of us can begin to teach them how to Forgive and uncover the ego. Either why students choose is spiritually productive. It must be understood that a Master Guide or I can give any student insights but either of us cannot give any student Miracles until they are in the right-mind. The one exception to this is that either of us can give a student a Miracle through Molly before that student is capable of being in the right-mind.
Understanding The Ego and The Separation From God
There is much confusion around understanding the defenses of the ego in relationship to the separation from God. All explanations are metaphors, which are used simply as a familiar analogy to explain phenomena that is unfamiliar. Thus, I am going to use the concept of an alibi to explain the defenses of the ego, which are seemingly many but really are the result of using the same tactic of projection over and over.
Also, to understand this post the following concepts need to be kept in mind.
Christ refers to a unified group spirits that exists in each other as one in a single membership. All the spirits of Christ have the same attributes of God but out of these same attributes, each spirit has a set of three or four attributes, which that spirit expresses in a unique way. Thus, each spirit has a unique quality or character.
Christ is only differentiated from God due to the fact that God created Christ from Himself but in fact, the experience of Christ is being one in God where God lives in Christ and Christ lives in God. Thus, God, which is the same as the Mind of God is One.
In A Course of Miracles I used the concept of the ‘tiny mad idea,’ as what begins a cavalcade of consequences in the mind of Christ, which is undifferentiated from the Mind of God. The tiny mad idea was an idea of wanting to be different from God, which I called special because that word is more representative of the arrogance of the ego where there is a sense of wanting to top, out rank or usurp God. Because God’s power is great the very thought of being special by virtue of having God’s power appeared to be very real when it was not real at all. As a result, a part of Christ’s mind believed that it had in fact successfully separated itself from God’s Mind. The problem that ensued became that if I am different from God, then what am I? The answer to this question had to be made up because all that exists is God. Since being special or different mattered, what was fabricated had to be opposite to God and opposed to God. Therefore since God is Life what is opposed or different from that is death. Since God is Love or total acceptance what is opposed or different from that is self-opposition or rejection and hatred. Since God is merciful, what is opposed and different to that is judgment and punishment. Overall, this is how the imaginary make-up of the ego or wrong-mind came about. Every fantasized thought of the dissociated Christ mind always represents a state of opposition to God and a state of being different from God, and since you are Christ in God, you are also opposed and wanting to be different from your real identity of Christ. As a result, you are in an imaginary battle with God and with your real identity of Christ, and that battle seems very real to you. You are aware, however, that you cannot win this battle because God is all-powerful. Nevertheless, you can still pretend to defeat God, which is what you do because you want to be special, different and separate. Therefore you imagine that you have taken over from God his role as Creator so that you become a creator in your own right and as a result, you have left God powerless. For many this means that they actually murdered God and Christ in order to take on a separate identity of their own, which I call the ego. Despite wanting this special identity at the same time, it is an identity that is predicated on death, guilt, punishment, war, sickness, destruction, mayhem, degradation, defeat, loss, sin, annihilation and anything else which means that you have successfully overthrown or murdered all that God is. Not one person who exists here is without this underlying motive of specialness, which brought about an imaginary separation from God and there is no way when you hold these oppositional thoughts and different thoughts from God that you can be in touch with God’s Love, Life and State of Being, which reflects Perfection, Innocence, Completion, Wholeness, Glory, Harmony, Joy, Freedom, Ecstasy, Holiness, Infiniteness, Timelessness and other exalted states that come from God’s Love. Thus, the ego has fabricated an entire thought system that is opposite, different and opposed to God’s and it is based on falsely believing that it has usurped, overthrown or even murdered God and Christ, which came as a result of wanting to be special or different than God.
The ego likes what it thinks it has created, which is being separate from God. However, at the same time it does not like the guilt, which has come about from believing that it defeated and usurped God and Christ. Therefore, the ego, to tolerate this painful state, must somehow deny or disown, suppress or not remember what it thinks it has accomplished. The law of the mind is that whatever is suppressed, denied or disowned will be automatically projected and what is projected acts like a defense against knowing what the ego has done. This projection can be understood as an alibi or cover up that the ego uses to escape from taking responsibility for what it believes that it did to God and Christ. Thus, to bring about an alibi or cover-up, the ego projects an imaginary god and imaginary spirits that are members of Christ based on the real contents of its true identity in God and Christ, and then it says that this imaginary god is at fault for what it did and these imaginary spirits are also at fault for what it did. Thus, the ego is saying that I am not where the crime was committed. Instead the crime occurred elsewhere in god and christ. They are to blame not me. Moreover, the imaginary god and spirits are now attributed with the same motivates of the ego, which is the nature of projection so that the ego now believes that god and the other spirits of christ are out to replace the ego or kill the ego as the ego did to them. This brought about the emotional condition of fear on top of the pain and guilt for the originally rejecting and usurping God and Christ.
This guilt and fear now becomes so painful that the ego needed to further distance itself from it because it’s imaginary projected opponents are still recognized by the ego to be in its same mind though dissociated or split off from it. So now the ego projects again its already projected imaginary god and spirits of Christ into an imaginary place seemly outside of the ego’s mind that it calls the Universe and Earth where the spirits of christ are now seen as separate individual bodies and god is understood to far away in the Universe in an imaginary place called Heaven. Because the guilt and fear, which is very painful is really not gone from the ego’s mind, it still needs an alibi or cover-up to escape from it. Thus, each spirit in the ego that is associated or identified now with a body projects the guilt, fear and what it thinks it has done to god and christ onto another body, individual, group or nation of people. In this way, the ego uses the same alibi or cover-up technique so that the crime of what it did and resulting guilt and fear are seen elsewhere.
No person, group or country can win over a battle that is now externalized and seen elsewhere when the battle or conflict actually still exists in every mind. The spiritual practice that I have developed which is personally done with me or a Master Guide that I have trained first helps a student to uncover and face the guilt and fear while we then heal the guilt with Miracles, which also opens the students right-mind in God where their true Identity of Christ will be discovered overtime. Also, we give student insights to direct and further students’ spiritual development. This becomes a Process of Forgiveness, which a Master Guide or I teach to students. Later on, a Master Guide or I will help a student come face to face with the most fundamental or root beliefs and thoughts of the ego so that they too can be given up and replaced by the right-mind. Once the student can stay in their right-mind through-out the day and has accepted the Atonement where they recognize their true Innocence and Perfection in God, they will then spend time on their own consolidating and perfecting everything they have learned so that in the end they know they are not separate from God and they have rejected the ego in every way that it is manifest. The student in the end sees the ego as ridiculous and impossible to believe because the student is living always identified as Christ in God. At this time too, students can choose to serve the Atonement so that they help me in a way that is reflective of their innate skills while also serving as a conduit where I can bring Miracles and healing through them to others.
The Importance of Willingness
Willingness or openness is a very important requirement in A Course in Miracles because I cannot guide students without it. Therefore it is important for Course in Miracles students to gauge their willingness to connect with me through Molly and if it is your choice not to connect through Molly early on, but rather train yourself first with receptive listening until you can switch into the right-mind on your own. Once this occurs, I or a Master Guide that I assign to you, can begin to work with you alone where we can then give you Miracles. Miracles are the central method that I use to help you heal your guilt and become aware of your true identity as the Son of God or Christ. I had intended that the Workbook Lessons would be sufficient to prepare students to work with me. However, it is a very rare student who is able to follow my instructions correctly so that the Lessons have not on the whole prepared students to work with me or a Master Guide that I have trained. Thus, I have more recently put a great amount of emphasis on the importance of learning receptive listening.
Willingness is most often the result of having come to the end of searching for a better way to be happy or to develop spiritually. If students have not come to the end of searching in this manner, they will not let me guide them, and they will turn down any offer to work with Molly and I in tandem to open the right mind quickly. Usually if students have ended this search and there is considerable pain from psychological problems that they cannot solve, this state of mind provides more motivation to be guided by me. Also, for me to work with students I look for a commitment to follow my Spiritual Path based on A Course in Miracles, and I look for someone who takes initiative to bring about their own spiritual development because I will only give students insights and Miracles, if they apply or work to understand what I have given them. Therefore, despite the fact that I do a great deal to remove guilt and open students right mind while I make understanding A Course in Miracles possible, there is allot of work students must do. In the beginning, I only expect students to read A Course in Miracles and to do the Workbook Lessons one time. After this most students still need to train their mind with receptive listening in order to be able to switch to the right mind at will. Thus, I ask students to practice receptive listening meditation at least three times a week for at least twenty minutes each time. If I see that students are devoted to doing this much, I usually will give them insights at first to help them to begin to understand what I wrote in A Course in Miracles. Overtime, students may become aware that they understand A Course in Miracles more than they thought they were capable of by themselves. In this way, they may sense that I am helping them. Other students are aware of my presence and come to accept that I am helping them in this way. It is not easy in the beginning to accept that I am helping a student because most think they could be imaging what is happening. Thus, often it takes sometime for students to accept that I am with them as their spiritual guide and teacher.
